When do I receive my order?

Delivery options:
1) Mcdo Port Louis: Tuesday and Saturday around 11 30
2) Ebene office/Intermart delivery: Friday
3) Home/Work delivery : Monday,Wednesday and Friday
4) Postal delivery within 3-5 days
How would you like to get your item?

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

When you have paid for the order, you will automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

02. Shipment

How long will the delivery take?

Home delivery order are dispatched 2 days prior delivery day.

Normal postage takes 3-5 days upon posting to reach the destination. Postage are done Tuesday and Friday weekly.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately if you have already made your payment, the order will not be cancellable and refundable.

How do i use my item?

If you are having issue using your item, here are some tips:

I bought an item about a year ago but now i am having issues with it, what can be done?

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

I received my item but it is defective?

Rest assured our defect rate is <0.01%All items are tested 1 by 1 prior delivery.

Perhaps if you have received a defective item, you may contact us via phone on +230 58240089 or any other means of communication. We’ll check the item and exchange accordingly if needed.

I receive my item, but i got one as a gift , can i return it?

Unfortunately once an item has been delivered, no return or refund will be entertained.

I am not happy with my purchase, i want to report issues with it.
